George joined us a little later at dinner, bearing a report on the big baseball game. One of the players had lost it due to a swarm of bugs, he said.
"Good one, George! And did a plague of locusts follow afterwards?"
Turns out, George wasn't kidding. So we were wrong this time. But cry wolf enough times, and we stop believing you!!

We spent a large part of the rest of the evening talking about moldy food, and which molds are okay to eat, and what sorts of moldy foods we've encountered in our fridges.
How did we even get on the topic? Who knows. But we did figure out that if you have to eat mold, it should be the blue variety and not the white. White mold can KILL you. But really, we decided, you shouldn't eat mold no matter what. It just ain't worth it.

Here we are (above) after a hearty meal. The food was fantastic. I loved mine -- steak, two fried eggs, fried plaintains, rice and fries. Sounds healthy, right? It wasn't, but I would still come back in a heartbeat.
Andy and I didn't end up going to see Across the Universe with everyone, so someone else will have to fill you in!
On an unrelated note, who wants to go see Elizabeth: The Golden Age with me??
